Our company was founded in 1992 when we took over the "CASA ALBA" Restaurant. Eight years later we opened the camping, located close to the restaurant. You are perhaps curious to know what does "Casa Alba" mean in Romanian. In a mot-a-mot translation it means the "White House"!!! Isn't that nice?! Who wouldn't wish to have dinner at the White House? But most of all this White House is in Romania and we guarantee that you can eat even better than at America's White House.

The building dates back to 1930 and it's a marvelous achievement of the architect Octav Doicescu. In 1939 it became one of the attractions of the International Exposition in New York known as the "Romanian Restaurant".

The park, that surrounds the complex, is a prove of the Romanian incredible beauties. The old ones tell a story about a shepherd that founded the first settlement in the big dark forest that hosts today our restaurant and park. It is said that our capital's name (Bucharest) comes from the shepherd's name, Bucur.
